In recognition of the International Year of Biodiversity and diverse Canadian efforts to meet the 2010 target, the Canadian Biodiversity Information Network (CBIN) is featuring information on initiatives and events planned across Canada.
The Green Wave is an education and awareness raising initiative led by the United Nations Secretariat for the Convention on Biological Diversity. It was conceived as a campaign to engage youth in the 2010 International Year of Biodiversity.
